Get Calls Anywhere with the CoreNexa Mobile App.

If you are signed up with our Cloud-Communications (VOIP) service, you have the freedom to receive your calls directly to your mobile device. Once you’ve downloaded the application from either the Apple Store (iOS users) or Google Play (Android), you can login and instantly use the application to receive and make all your calls.

Need additional assistance? Follow the instructions below once you’ve received your Username and Password from your account representative.

CoreNexa Mobile Application

Congratulations on signing up for a service that provides you flexibility to communicate wherever there is cellular or wi-fi service. To take advantage of this feature, you will need to install the CoreNexa application on your mobile phone. We’ve broken down the steps to install the application below.

1.Download

 

ANDROID USERS: Search for Corenexa in the Google Store or download here.

iOS (Apple) USERS: Search for Corenexa in the Apple Store or download here.

2.Login

 

Open the application to login with your Username and Password.

3.Landing Screen

 

Once logged in, you will see a landing screen that will display all your options available to use your cloud-communications service.

4.Settings/User Guide

 

Select the Settings menu to make changes to your call handling.
